Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp chili sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 soft buns
- 1 tbsp butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix shredded chicken, cheese, mayonnaise, chili sauce, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Slice the buns halfway through and fill with the chicken mixture.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and buns turn golden.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust chili sauce for more or less heat.
- Use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Add chopped veggies for extra crunch.
