Steps
In a saucepan, whisk together milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Stir in vanilla extract. Cool and refrigerate.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract. Mix in sour cream and heavy cream. Fold in banana puree, crushed vanilla wafers, and cinnamon (if using). Chill for 30 minutes.
Stand cones upright. Fill each cone with cheesecake filling, then top with banana pudding.
