1 pound ground beef
10 ounces Rotel, drained
1 taco rice packet (6 ounces)
1 cup pico de gallo
Queso cheese dip, as needed
Steps
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the ground beef. Once no pink remains, carefully drain the excess grease.
Add the taco rice packet along with the exact amount of water specified on the package. Stir in the drained Rotel and mix everything together. Cook according to the rice package directions until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender.
Once the rice is ready, pour on the desired amount of queso over the top and finish with a generous spoonful of fresh pico de gallo. Serve hot and enjoy!
