Ingredients

→ Pizza

1 lb pizza dough, at room temperature

 1/2 cup pizza sauce

1/2 cup sliced or diced cooked ham (3-4 oz)

 8 oz pineapple chunks, drained

4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 cups mozzarella cheese, whole milk/low moisture

→ Garlic Butter Parmesan Crust

 1 tablespoon melted butter

 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese, grated

 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

→ To Garnish

 Red pepper flakes

 Parsley

 Oregano

Steps

Preheat oven to 450° F. If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven during preheating to ensure even cooking and achieve a browner, crispier crust.

Slice each pineapple chunk into two thinner slices and pat them dry using paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Spread the dough into an even 12-inch circle and use a fork to poke holes in the dough to prevent bubbling during baking.

Layer the pizza base with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, ham, pineapple slices, and crumbled bacon.

Bake the assembled pizza in the oven for 13 minutes, then remove.

Combine melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Brush the mixture evenly over the pizza crust and return the pizza to the oven.

Bake for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the crust achieves a golden-brown color.

Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, parsley, and oregano. Slice into portions and serve immediately.
