Fruity Trifle Delight

Ingredients:

 2 cups sponge cake or pound cake (cubed)

 1 cup strawberries (sliced)

 1 kiwi (sliced)

 1/2 cup pineapple chunks

 1 orange (segments)

 Maraschino cherries for topping

 Toasted coconut flakes (optional)

 2 cups whipped cream or custard

Instructions:

 Start with a layer of cake cubes in a large glass bowl.

 Add a layer of mixed fresh fruits.

 Spread whipped cream or custard over the fruits.

 Repeat the layers until the bowl is full.

 Sprinkle toasted coconut on top.

 Garnish with cherries and chill for 1 hour.

Serve and enjoy this sweet, fruity treat
