Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup canned cherries, drained
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
  3. Add eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
  4. Fold in cherries and chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
