Ingredients :
1 large sourdough or artisan round bread bowl
½ lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
½ cup lump crab meat
½ cup scallops
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small shallot, finely chopped
½ cup heavy cream
2 oz cream cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt & black pepper, to taste
How to Make It :

Prep the Bread
Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut top off bread bowl and hollow the center, leaving a sturdy shell. Toast for 8–10 minutes until lightly crisp.

Cook the Seafood
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic and shallot for 2 minutes. Add shrimp and scallops; cook 3–4 minutes until just opaque. Stir in crab and warm through.

Make the Cream Sauce
Lower heat. Add heavy cream, cream cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Add Cheese
Mix in half the Parmesan and mozzarella until melted.

Fill & Bake
Spoon seafood mixture into toasted bread bowl. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle parsley on top. Serve hot with bread chunks for dipping.
