Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 2 pounds fresh strawberries, diced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer:
    • Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a separate bowl.
  2. Whip the Cream:
    • In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
    • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then whip until stiff peaks form.
  3. Combine Layers:
    • Fold whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  4. Layer the Lasagna:
    • Place a single layer of graham crackers in the bottom of a 13×9-inch baking dish.
    • Spread half of the cream mixture over the crackers.
    • Add half of the diced strawberries.
    • Repeat with a second layer of graham crackers, cream mixture, and strawberries.
  5. Chill:
    • Refrigerate for 4–5 hours before serving to let the layers set.
