Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon ground cumin

½ teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and black pepper to taste

4 flatbreads or naan

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup cucumber, diced

¼ red onion, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Garlic Hot Honey Feta Cream

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

¼ cup Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon honey

½–1 teaspoon hot sauce

1 clove garlic, minced


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until softened and fragrant.

2. Add ground beef, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks.

3. In a small bowl, mix feta cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, hot sauce, and minced garlic until smooth and creamy.

4. Warm the flatbreads or naan slightly until soft and pliable.

5. Spread a generous layer of garlic hot honey feta cream over each flatbread.

6. Top with cooked ground beef, then add shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
