Ingredients
• 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved (mix red and yellow if available)
• 8 oz fresh mozzarella pearls (bocconcini)
• 2 ripe avocados, sliced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 10–12 fresh basil leaves, torn

Instructions
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the avocados.
- On a large white platter, layer the tomatoes, avocado slices, and mozzarella pearls.
- Drizzle olive oil evenly over the top.
