Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse Cake (Quick Recipe)

Ingredients

Brownie:

150 g chocolate, 100 g butter, ¾ cup sugar, 2 eggs, ¾ cup flour, 2 tbsp cocoa

Peanut Mousse:

200 g cream cheese, ½ cup peanut butter, ½ cup powdered sugar, 1 cup cream

Chocolate Mousse:

150 g chocolate, 1 cup cream

Top Cream:

1 cup cream, 2 tbsp powdered sugar, 2 tbsp cocoa

Instructions

1️⃣ Mix the brownie ingredients, bake at 340°F for 20 minutes. Cool.

2️⃣ Whisk all the ingredients for the peanut mousse.

3️⃣ For the chocolate mousse, melt the chocolate, mix with the whipped cream.

4️⃣ Whip the topping cream.

5️⃣ Layer in order: brownie + pistachio + chocolate + cream.

6️⃣ Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

Serve cold, enjoy!
