
Cranberry Brie Crostini with Thyme
Ingredients:
1 French baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
6 oz Brie cheese, sliced
1/2 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or homemade)
Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish
Optional: a drizzle of honey or balsamic glaze
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil. Toast for 7–8 minutes, until golden and crisp.
Top each toasted crostini with a slice of Brie and return to the oven for 3–4 minutes, or until the cheese is just melted.
Spoon a small amount of cranberry sauce over each piece, then sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves.
Serve warm, optionally drizzled with honey or balsamic glaze for extra depth.
