Cranberry Chicken & Brie Pizza

Ingredients:

1 prepared pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

½ cup cranberry sauce (whole berry preferred)

1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded

4 oz brie cheese, sliced

½ small red onion, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: arugula or baby greens, for topping

Directions:

Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer to a lined baking sheet or pizza stone.

Brush the dough lightly with olive oil. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the base.

Top with shredded chicken, brie slices, and red onion. Sprinkle with rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.

Let rest for a few minutes. Optionally, top with fresh arugula before slicing and serving.
