Pecan cream cheese log recipe:

1 box of vanilla wafers crushed fine

6 oz of softened cream cheese

1- 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk

1/4 tsp maple flavoring, ( you can use vanilla if you don’t have maple flavoring , about a half a teaspoon.)

3 1/2 cups of finally chopped pecans that have been toasted

Makes all of these ingredients well and form rolls on wax paper or plastic wrap and keep an air tight container in the refrigerator. Refrigerator at least 3 to 4 hours before slicing to eat. This will last up to a month to six weeks in the refrigerator, but you can freeze parts of it just wrap it well and plastic wrap and then an aluminum foil. It is so good it’s well worth the effort
