● ½ cup mini chocolate chips

Pink Glaze

● 1 cup powdered sugar

● 2–3 tablespoons milk

● Pink food coloring

Instructions

1: Make the brownie base – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), whisk melted butter and sugar, add eggs, vanilla, cocoa powder, flour, salt, and pink food coloring, mix until smooth.

2: Bake – Pour batter into a lined square pan, bake 18–20 minutes, cool completely, then cut into thick round discs using a cutter.

3: Prepare cookie dough – Cream butter and sugars, mix in milk and vanilla, fold in flour and chocolate chips until soft and moldable.

4: Shape domes – Scoop cookie dough and gently press into half-sphere molds or shape by hand, freeze 20 minutes until firm.

5: Assemble – Place each chilled cookie-dough dome on top of a brownie base, pressing lightly.

6: Glaze – Mix powdered sugar, milk, and pink coloring until thick but pourable, spoon over each piece letting it drip naturally.

7: Finish – Top with pink candy melts, chill 15 minutes to set, then serve.
