- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 box graham crackers
- 2 pounds fresh strawberries, diced

- Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer:
- Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a separate bowl.
- Whip the Cream:
- In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
