
Succulent Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Juicy Shrimp
Ingredients:
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for serving
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the steak bites with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Add steak bites to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, turning to brown all sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Return steak bites to the skillet, toss with shrimp and garlic butter, and garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
