Ingredients
- 250 g 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini work best)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion diced
- 2 bell peppers any color, chopped
- 300 g 10 oz ground beef (or ground turkey)
- 2 cups 480 ml tomato sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

- Add the sauce
- Pour in the tomato sauce. Stir well, season with salt and pepper, and let simmer for 5 minutes to combine the flavors.
- Combine with pasta
- Add the cooked pasta into the skillet. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
- Serve
