Ingredients

 4 (8-inch) tortillas

 8 slices Black Forest ham

 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard

 1 tablespoon butter, melted

 4 slices Swiss cheese

Steps

Place the tortillas on a microwave-safe plate with a damp paper towel. Microwave for 20-30 seconds until warm to make them easier to fold without cracking.

Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit and set the timer for 5 minutes.

Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and Dijon mustard onto the tortillas. Add 2 slices of ham and 1 slice of Swiss cheese to each tortilla.

Roll each tortilla like a burrito by folding the sides in and tightly rolling them.

Use a basting brush to coat the top of each wrap with melted butter.

Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown, checking halfway through.

Remove the wraps from the air fryer and let them cool before cutting them in half or diagonally to serve.

Tips

  1. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  2. To reheat, preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees Fahrenheit and heat for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model and preference for tortilla color.
