Ingredients
4 (8-inch) tortillas
8 slices Black Forest ham
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon butter, melted
4 slices Swiss cheese
Steps
Place the tortillas on a microwave-safe plate with a damp paper towel. Microwave for 20-30 seconds until warm to make them easier to fold without cracking.
Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit and set the timer for 5 minutes.
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and Dijon mustard onto the tortillas. Add 2 slices of ham and 1 slice of Swiss cheese to each tortilla.
Roll each tortilla like a burrito by folding the sides in and tightly rolling them.
Use a basting brush to coat the top of each wrap with melted butter.
Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown, checking halfway through.
Remove the wraps from the air fryer and let them cool before cutting them in half or diagonally to serve.
