Ingredients
→ Wrap Basics
4 soft flour tortillas (8-inch)
8 slices Black Forest chicken ham
4 slices Swiss cheese
→ Spreads & Toppings
2 tablespoons creamy mayo
4 teaspoons zesty Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon melted butter
Steps
Stack your tortillas on a plate, cover with a slightly damp paper towel, and microwave for about 30 seconds until they’re soft and pliable. This makes rolling so much easier!
Preheat your air fryer to 380°F for about 5 minutes. Getting it nice and hot first ensures even cooking.
Spread a thin layer of mayo on each tortilla, then add a swipe of Dijon mustard. Layer 2 slices of chicken ham and 1 slice of Swiss cheese on each tortilla.
Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll them up tightly like a burrito. Brush the tops with melted butter for that perfect golden finish.
Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes until crispy and golden. Check halfway through to make sure they’re browning evenly.
Let the wraps cool for just a minute, then slice diagonally or in half. Serve while they’re still warm and the cheese is melty inside!
