1/4 cup water

1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
2 cups grated Mexican cheese blend
→ Optional Serving
Salsa
Pico de gallo

Steps
Cook ground beef and onions in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no pink remains. Drain and return to pan. Add garlic, taco seasoning, and water, and cook for 4-5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Heat tortillas in the microwave for 10-20 seconds to soften and make folding easier. Heat nacho cheese sauce according to the jar’s directions. Lay 1 tostada in the center of a flour tortilla and cut out a circle. Repeat with 5 more tortillas and set aside.
Lay a flour tortilla flat and begin building the wrap by layering taco meat, nacho cheese, and a tostada. Cover with sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese. Place the small tortilla circle on top and fold up the edges of the large tortilla.
Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat to medium. Place the wrap seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Flip the wrap over and continue cooking until golden brown. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Serve immediately with toppings of your choice. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
Tips
- Instead of cutting out a tortilla circle, you can use small pieces of an extra tortilla for wrapping.
