Ingredients

 16 oz refrigerated pizza dough

 1/2 cup pizza sauce

 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled

 1/2 cup sliced black olives

1/2 cup sliced green bell pepper

 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

 1 egg, beaten

 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Steps

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.

Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the sauce.

Layer the pepperoni, sausage, black olives, green bell pepper, and mushrooms evenly over the cheese.

Starting from one long side, carefully roll the dough into a log, pinching the edges to seal.

Place the stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with the beaten egg and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the stromboli is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Let cool for a few minutes before slicing into pieces.
