How To Make This No-Bake Dessert

  • Step 1: Whip together the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  • Step 2: Place Oreos in a bag and roughly crush them using a rolling pin or glass.
  • Step 3: Mix together the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar until creamy.
  • Step 4: Gently fold in the crushed Oreos. Don’t mix them.
  • Step 5: Add the filling to the store-bought Oreo crust or homemade crust until smooth. Chill!

Recipe Tips

  • Use full-fat cream cheese It gives your cheesecake a rich, creamy texture and helps it set properly. Make sure it’s softened before mixing to avoid lumps.
  • Crushing Oreos by hand for mix-ins more coarsely (instead of pulverizing them) adds texture to the filling and makes every bite more interesting.
  • Gently fold in the Oreos
  • Let it chill overnight at minimum, chill for 6 hours—overnight is best for a firm, sliceable cheesecake with great flavor.
