Ingredients
→ Filling
1 lb ground beef
½ cup cooked chopped bacon
1 Tbsp McCormick Grill Mates Hamburger seasoning
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
→ Dough and Topping
1 (13.8 oz) can pizza dough
Everything bagel seasoning, for topping
Steps
Preheat the oven to 425ºF (220ºC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until fully browned. Drain any excess grease.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, crumbled bacon, hamburger seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and cubed Velveeta cheese. Stir until the cheese begins to melt.
Roll out the pizza dough into a 15×10-inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Spread the meat and cheese mixture evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
Starting from the long side, roll the dough up tightly, jelly-roll style. Pinch the edges to seal the loaf.
Place the loaf seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle the top with everything bagel seasoning.
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
Let the bread cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Tips
- Feel free to customize the filling by adding ingredients like pepperoni, cooked sausage, diced vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms), or jalapeños for heat.
- For a crispy crust, brush the rolled dough lightly with olive oil or melted butter before baking.
- If the bread browns too quickly, cover it loosely with aluminum foil during the last few minutes of baking.
